The Documents tab of your portal is intended to safely transfer files to/from the Invoco support team instead of email attachments - this is how you can view, upload, and download documents.
Locate the Documents page
Head to the Account > Documents page in order to view the Documents section of your Invoco Portal.
Viewing and Retrieving files
Within the Documents tab, you'll see all files that have been uploaded and the upload date.
To download file, hit Action > Download.
If you need to share documents or files with Invoco, you can use the Upload function.
